1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to hpm99, an online sports betting and casino platform designed for Malaysian users. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and hpm99 ("Company", "we", "platform").

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Notify hpm99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Hpm99 supports a range of secure and convenient Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and is processed within 15 to 30 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or digital wallet. hpm99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting activity on hpm99 — covering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Poker, slots, e-sports, cricket, and Virtual Sports — is subject to the specific game rules for each category available on the platform.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under conditions stipulated by hpm99
• Hpm99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that had already started or concluded before the bet was accepted
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display — hpm99 reserves the right to update odds at any time
• Bets accepted in error due to a technical or system fault will be voided and funds returned
• Bet outcomes determined by hpm99 are final and binding on all parties
• Betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, Asian cricket, e-sports, and other international leagues is subject to the respective rules of each sport

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hpm99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special sports season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never held an hpm99 account previously
• Hpm99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice
• Users suspected of exploiting promotions through dishonest means will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings
• All bonuses are issued in MYR and must be used within the stated validity period
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash

7 User Code of Conduct

All hpm99 users are required to behave courteously and responsibly at all times while using our platform. The following are strictly prohibited on hpm99:

• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other users or hpm99 staff
• Spreading false or misleading information about the hpm99 platform
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the hpm99 system
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the hpm99 platform
• Sharing or reselling account access to another party
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unauthorised gain

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Hpm99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents
• Owning or controlling multiple accounts
• Conduct that is harmful to or disrupts other users or platform operations

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, hpm99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account pending the outcome of our internal investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the hpm99 support team at any time.

9 HPM99 Limitation of Liability

Hpm99 strives to keep our platform running smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

• Hpm99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control
• Hpm99 is not responsible for betting decisions made based on incorrect information from external sources
• Hpm99's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the claim
• Hpm99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages
